FB-100B Tip Thermometer

Hakko’s FG-100B tip thermometer builds on the former FG-100 with the option to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, a feature the FG-100 unit did not offer. This unit also has an AUTO HOLD function which ends the measurement automatically when the tip temperature stabilizes, allowing for a more accurate measurement. To preserve battery life, an auto shut-off feature turns the thermometer off when not in use for three minutes. It uses a 9 V battery for power, and the sensor (part number 191-212) has a special metal alloy coating that resists corrosion and oxidation.
