Diodes’ automotive compliant PI4ULS5V108Q and PI4ULS5V202Q level shifters are suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control. They are AEC-Q100 qualified, offer a grade 1 temperature rating, and are PPAP capable and manufactured in IATF16949:2016 certified facilities. Both are bidirectional voltage translators that do not require a DIR pin, which minimizes system effort (for PMBus, I2C, or SMBus). PI4ULS5V108Q supports up to 100 MHz up-translation and greater than 100 MHz down-translation at ≤30pF cap load. The PI4ULS5V108Q supports 5 V tolerance on I/O port, which makes it compatible with TTL levels in industrial and telecom applications. It can set up different voltage translation levels on each channel, marking it very flexible. The PI4ULS5V202Q is a 2-bit configurable, dual-supply, and autosensing translator. Both the VCCA and VCCB supply rails are configurable from 1.2 V to 5.5 V. This allows voltage logic signals on the VCCA side to be translated into lower, higher, or equal value voltage logic signals on the VCCB side and vice versa.

- It independently determines the direction of the data flow without requiring a directional pin. Each input/output channel has 10 KΩpull. It is an excellent match for open-drain applications, such as the I2C
