High Precision RTCs with Embedded MEMs Resonator

This presentation will explore the various technologies available to the designer to provide the timing to allow the RTC to “count” seconds. It will explore the advantages of a new technology exclusive to Maxim that utilizes an embedded MEMs resonator for this timing source. Two new products featuring this architecture will be reviewed, as well as Maxim’s evaluation kit to help designers explore this technology.
