SiC46x microBUCK® Series

4.5 V to 60 V Buck Regulators

Achieve over 75 W output power with Vishay’s SiC46x family of buck regulators. They have a 4.5 V to 60 V operating range with high light load and full load efficiency. The series contains 2 A, 3 A, 6 A, and 10 A parts in a compact 5 mm x 5 mm MLP single package footprint for simple, flexible, and rugged designs that can be scaled as the user's power needs change.
