MLV Series SMD Multilayer Varistors
Vishay offers its MLV series size 0402 and 0603 multilayer chip varistors with NiSn terminations
Vishay's MLV SMD flat chip multilayer varistors offer circuit protection against overvoltage, transient voltage, and ESD conditions. Typical applications are on-board protection of ICs and transistors, data lines and I/O ports, modems, and LCDs. MLV series multilayer chip varistors are available in case sizes 0402 and 0603 and have NiSn terminations. They are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. They support lead- (Pb-)- free soldering and are suitable for processing on automatic SMD assembly systems.
