Environments with high air humidity and condensation or concentration of conductive particles and corrosive chemicals require even more protection.

Therefore, PULS offers a wide variety of power supplies with conformal coating from 50 W to 480 W standard. The CP Series power supplies are also now available with conformal-coated PCBs. The CP5.241-C1 (120 W), CP10.241-C1 (240 W), and CP20.241-C1 (480 W) DIN rail power supplies ensure the long-term reliability of a system in harsh environments in one of the smallest form factors available on the market. The conformal-coated PCBs prevent short-circuits that are caused by particle deposits, humidity, and corrosive gasses.

The CP10.241-R2-C1 (240 W) and CP20.241-R2-C1 (480 W) with built-in redundancy add even one more level of safety to the application. Besides the conformal-coated PCBs, these units also feature an integrated decoupling MOSFET, enabling the design of a fully redundant power supply system without the need for an additional isolation module.
