Nexperia’s PESDxIVN series uses the latest generation of automotive qualified protection technology and is ready for the next generation of automotive qualified leadless (DFN) packages. The PESDxIVN series is optimized for the latest generation of transceivers and uses a new generation of AEC-Q101 qualified technology which enables:

  • Higher surge current
  • Higher ESD robustness
  • ESD clamping performance on a new level
