Lin Engineering’s stepper motors are available in a variety of options and customizations
Lin Engineering's hybrid stepper motors come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and windings. If a specific motor is not available, many customization options are available. When it comes to a step motor, dimensional accuracy and concentricity of the rotor, stator, and end caps are especially important. Lin Engineering has maximized the magnetic flux passage over the stator and rotor teeth while minimizing the magnetic reluctance. To do this, the air gap or the space between the rotor and stator are manufactured to be minimal. The smaller the air gap, the less room for error in component construction.
