Image of KOA's RN73R2E Thin Film ResistorsKOA's thin-film metal chip resistors feature a high heat resistance of up to +155°C and an ultra-high precision tolerance of ±0.05%. The RN73R offers enhanced moisture resistance (+85°C ±2°C, +85% ±5% RH, 1000 h) using a special protective layer over a resistive film construction.

The RN73R2E chip resistor also features a power rating of 0.25 W and TCR values of ±10 ~ ±100 ppm/°C. The 1210 (2E) offers a precision tolerance of 0.05% ~ 1.0% and a resistance range of 10 Ω ~ 1 MΩ. Additionally, the RN73H2E is AEC-Q200 qualified and is available with lead-free terminations to meet EU RoHS requirements. Used primarily as reliable precision resistors that are robust to humidity and high temperatures (+155°C), RN73R2E chip resistors are ideal for applications within the transportation, avionics, and medical markets. Specifically, these resistors are designed for any applications where high temperatures and high humidity are design considerations. These chip resistors feature a power rating range of 0.063 W to 0.25 W, resistances up to 1.5 MΩ, and maximum working voltages between 50 V and 200 V.
