ST Series Industrial Power Toggle Switches

E-Switch's ST series industrial power toggle switches can be ordered prewired with 500 mm long leads. The wire leads offer a fifth termination option for the ST series which includes solder lugs, 4.8 mm tabs, screws, and 6.3 mm. This wire lead option eliminates the need for in-house labor or second-source assembly, thereby reducing lead time and cost.

The ST series is a robust heavy-duty rated switch with UL approval. The ST1 (1-pole) and ST2 (2-pole) series provide 20 A / 125 V_AC, 15 A / 277 V_AC, 2 HP 125 V_AC to 277 V_AC (maintained), and 1.5 HP 125 V_AC to 277 V_AC (momentary). The ST3 (3-pole) series offers 24 A / 125 V_AC, 15 A / 277 V_AC, and 2 HP 123 V_AC to 277 V_AC ratings.

Multiple functions are available for the ST series. The ST1 and ST2 lines offer M12 x 1.0 or 15/32" - 32 UNS bushing options; the ST3 bushing type is M12 x 1.0. The ST1 series actuator style offers a standard bat or short bat, while ST2 and ST3 provide a standard bat actuator style.

Common applications for high-power switches include floor care and commercial appliances, industrial controls, medical/dental equipment, HVAC equipment, kiosks for vending and ticket dispensers, and dashboards on off-road, auto, and boating vehicles.
