CPRA3231L Series Power Inductor

CODACA CPRA3231L series power inductors are designed with a self-developed magnetic powder core material. These inductors boast high magnetic permeability, low loss, and a small magnetostrictive coefficient. They do not produce noise easily, are suitable for 500 kHz high-frequency applications, and effectively reduce the loss of electromagnetic energy. They also feature extremely low core loss and excellent soft saturation characteristics and can withstand higher transient peak currents to maintain stable electrical performance. Flat wire winding increases the effective cross-sectional area and the utilization rate of magnetic core winding by over 90%. These inductors can provide extremely low DC resistance under compact size conditions and they remain stable in high temperatures up to +155°C with no thermal aging issues. The CPRA3231L series high-current power inductors are available with nine inductance values from 6.2 µH to 30 µH, current rates as high as 68 A, and a DCR of only 0.66 mΩ.
