It supports 2.5 V / 3.3 V supply voltage with guaranteed AC and DC operational parameters at the full industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The higher operating temperature helps minimize thermal runway and reduce temperature-related design margins. The optocoupler consumes low-power LED driving current from 1.6 mA and can reduce external driving buffer. These address market trends of energy efficiency and can withstand harsh industrial operating conditions.
