The LTC3376 devices extend the maximum input voltage from 5.5 V to 20 V making them ideal for industrial and 12 V/18 V adapter applications. These regulators provide 15-pin selectable-output configurations (1.5 A to 12 A per channel), a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 20 V, a wide output voltage of 0.4 V to 0.83 VIN, and internal boost capacitors for reduced PCB space.

  • No-load IQ: 27 µA (1 buck-enabled), 42 µA (all bucks enabled)
  • VOUT accuracy: 1% on all channels
  • Peak-current-mode control (Burst-mode® operation/forced continuous)
  • Precision RUN input, individual PGOOD outputs for power sequencing
  • Frequency: 1 MHz to 3 MHz (RT programmable, PLL SYNC, or 2 MHz internal oscillator)
  • TEMP-pin output indicates the die temperature
  • Output current monitors
