RJF Series Ruggedized RJ45 Ethernet Connectors

Amphenol’s RJF series is a ruggedized solution for RJ45 Ethernet connectors. This connector is a derivative from MIL-DTL-26482 J with a shell size of 18. Plugs and receptacles are mated using a fast ¼-turn bayonet coupling mechanism. This quick, audible, and visual mating solution is IP68 sealing certified for mated pairs and protects devices against fluids, dust, shock, and vibration. This connector can be assembled in the field with no special tooling thanks to the patented RJStop system. Choose between four different codings on both the plug and receptacle. If a coding change is needed, a dedicated tool is used to remove the insert and change the coding. The RJF connectors also provide improved EMI protection with shielding continuity. The RJF series is compatible with Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A Ethernet speeds. A variety of platings is available.
