Amphenol PCD’s protective dust caps for threaded and bayonet MIL-DTL-83723 series III plugs and receptacles protect the unmated connectors by providing environmental sealing and keeping impurities out of the termination area. These protective dust caps are offered in black zinc nickel (Z), cadmium olive drab (W), electroless nickel (R), and anodized black (A) QPL plating options. These parts can be ordered with a chain or rope or without attachments.
