ATS’ power brick heat sinks are specifically designed to cool eighth-, quarter-, half-, and full-brick size DC/DC converters

ATS has produced a broad array of high performance heat sinks, based off of the patented maxiFLOW design, to effectively cool DC/DC power converters and power modules deployed in a host of electronics applications.

Features and Benefits
  • Can be used for DC/DC power converters and power modules, such as Vicor’s V24A3V3x200Bx and Murata’s MPDKN10_S
  • High performance maxiFLOW design features less pressure drop and more surface area that maximizes the effective convection (air) cooling
  • Provided with pre-assembled, high-performance Chomerics' T-766 phase change material
  • 20% cooler junction temperature than other brick heat sinks 
  • Reduces junction temperature (Tj) by more than 20%
  • Provided with three (3) sets of screws at 5 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm lengths
  • Available in lengths:
    • Length: 23 mm to 58 mm
    • Width: 23 mm to 58 mm
    • Height: 6.1 mm to 22.9 mm
    • Fin tip to fin tip: 23 mm to 58 mm
