MCC's Deep Snap-Back ESD Protection Diodes are designed to deliver the ultimate protection for high-speed interfaces in ultra-compact packages. Engineered to safeguard a single bidirectional data line from ESD and other transient events, CSPSBSLC24VAE-TP and CSPSBSLC24VLB-TP offer extremely reliable performance.
These diodes are available in compact CSP201 and CP1006 packages and provide convenience without compromising reliability. With an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.5 pF and low leakage of 200 nA, they enable optimal ESD protection for high-speed interfaces used in consumer and industrial applications. Fully compliant with IEC 6100-4-2 (ESD immunity) and IEC6100-4-5 (Lighting) standards, these components are ready to safeguard sensitive electronic designs.
