1,000 V/1,600 V Bridge Rectifier Series

Micro Commercial Components 1,000 V and 1,600 V bridge rectifier series in an innovative PB-A package are designed to meet the demands of high-reliability power conversion systems. Available in 25 A and 35 A current ratings with 1,000 V and 1,600 V voltage options, this series offers glass-passivated chip junctions and most notably, a high-creepage (>4 mm) PB-A package. The increased creepage distance enhances insulation integrity, making the devices ideal for use in high-voltage, polluted, or moist environments, improving long-term reliability and safety. These rectifiers are well-suited for applications where robust insulation and thermal performance are critical.
