CPMLMAX Series Inductors

CorePower Magnetics inductors are pre-characterized, production-ready, and deliver high efficiency and power density for advanced power conversion systems

Image of CorePower Magnetics CPMLMAX Series Inductors CorePower Magnetics CPMLMAX series high-power standard inductors are designed for high-power, medium-frequency power conversion where efficiency, thermal performance, and reliability are paramount. Built with proprietary nanocrystalline magnetic cores, these inductors deliver high power density, reduced thermal losses, and stable inductance across a wide operating range. Standard ratings support switching frequencies up to 40 kHz and operating temperatures from -40°C to +180°C. Available in liquid-cooled, chassis-mount configurations, CPMLMAX inductors maintain consistent performance under sustained high-load conditions.

Each part in the CPMLMAX series is fully pre-characterized, ensuring predictable electrical and thermal behavior without the delays and costs of non-recurring engineering (NRE). Typical inductance values are available to match common medium-frequency designs, and saturation current ratings extend into the hundreds of amps, depending on configuration. Manufacturing takes place entirely in the United States at the CorePower ISO 9001-certified, vertically integrated facility, enabling complete traceability, rigorous quality control, and supply chain security.

CPMLMAX inductors are well-suited for medium-frequency power conditioning in datacenter power distribution, microgrid and distributed energy systems, renewable energy inverters, EV charging infrastructure, industrial UPS systems (including oil and gas operations), and aerospace-grade electronics. CPMLMAX inductors also support power factor correction (PFC) stages in high-power conversion systems. With advanced materials, a robust mechanical design, and standardized form factors, the CPMLMAX offers a scalable foundation for next-generation power conversion, providing engineers with a proven, U.S.-manufactured solution for reducing losses, improving power quality, and accelerating system deployment.
