Image quality is a combination of multiple factors, including focus, optics, and spatial resolution. Fluke Professional Series Infrared Cameras can produce highly detailed, high quality images because they make precise focus easy to obtain using LaserSharp® Auto Focus technology, use 100% diamond-turned germanium for the optics, and offer very good spatial resolution. Spatial resolution is determined by the number of detector pixels and how wide the field of view is. The spatial resolution differs by model based on the number of detector pixels, but all models feature the same tight field of view that is optimized to show the most detail possible while still showing a wide enough view of the target.
