Il s'agit des modèles TO-126, TO-220, TO-247, TO-227, TO-238 et TO-263 (D-PAK) avec des plages de puissances nominales de 20 W, 35 W, 50 W, 100 W et 200 W. La conception non inductive de ces éléments est idéale pour les applications à haute fréquence et à charge impulsionnelle.

Parmi les principales applications figurent les variateurs de vitesses, les alimentations, les dispositifs de contrôle, les LED, les télécommunications, la robotique, les commandes de moteurs et d'autres dispositifs de commutation. Des composants spéciaux et personnalisés sont disponibles sur demande.
