Renesas' BLE5.0 integrated RA Family series features the Arm Cortex-M4 and offers BT5.0 for IoT device connectivity and security. The RA4W1 offers BLE5.0 with the full feature set, including long-range and high data rate support. Arm MCU customers will receive high performance, unmatched security, and all the BT5.0 wireless communication capabilities in a single 56-pin QFN SIP package.
