Renesas 3.3 V PCIe Clock Buffer | DigiKey Daily

Renesas’ 9DBL0x PCIe clock buffer devices are 3.3 V members of Renesas’ full-featured PCIe family. The 9DBL0x support PCIe Gen1-4 for future proof designs. They offer integrated terminations saving up to 32 resistors and 55mm of board area. Compared to legacy PCIe products, these parts have a typical power consumption of less than 211mW at 3.3V for up to 75% power reduction. These devices are offered in 4x4 to 6 x6mm QFN packages with 100 ohm or 85 ohm outputs, and pin control of the PLL bandwidth and the PLL bypass mode. 1.5V and 1.8V parts are also available. The devices are ideal for servers, MFPs, SSDs, wireless access points, PCIe add-in card, and SoC.
