First, the module will go over what FRAM is and what some of its differentiating features are. It will then talk about the enhancements in the core and peripherals on this first family of MSP430 FRAM microcontrollers. Finally, some practical issues for using the FRAM, as well as reliability, retention and how to get started, will be discussed.
