GCT vertical 0.50 mm flip-lock connectors are purpose-built for flexible layouts and fast assembly
The GCT FFC2A36 expands the FFC connector range with a vertical, 0.50 mm pitch flip-lock format, designed to give engineers more layout freedom where side-entry parts are not viable. Its “hinged-at-every-contact” actuator provides consistent clamp force across the full circuit count, while delivering the tactile confirmation required during assembly.
The FFC2A36 is available as standard with a right-hand footprint, used in many other comparable alternatives. It delivers a highly cost-efficient solution that is compatible with the GCT straight tin and gold-plated FFC cable offering as appropriate. Additional made-to-order connector options that can accommodate tabbed FFC cables are also available.
