The BT832F has FCC, Industrial Canada, CE, TELEC, and RCM certifications, and Bluetooth qualification.

The BT832F, with its superior RF circuitry and integrated antenna design, has a Bluetooth range of 760 meters between two modules when interference is low. It can cover up to 90% of homes in the USA without a relay or repeater. Its peak power consumption, 7.5 mA at +4 dBm TX, makes battery-powered products feasible.

Fanstel offers numerous BT series modules with compatible footprint for feature upgrade or cost reduction without changing host board design. The Bluetooth range can be upgraded to over 4,500 meters (14,700 feet or 2.8 miles). Thread and Zigbee® radio protocols can be supported.

To further reduce time-to-market and development costs of an IoT network, Fanstel offers a series of open source, pre-certified USB dongles, Wi-Fi gateways, and LTE gateways in market ready enclosures.
