ED-HMI3010/3020 Industrial Panel PCs Based on Raspberry Pi 5

EDATEC's ED-HMI3010 and ED-HMI3020 are high-performance human-machine interface (HMI) devices that are designed for seamless user experiences in industrial applications. With advanced features and a rugged design, the devices provide reliable and efficient operation in demanding environments.

Featuring a 7-inch or 10-inch TFT display with 1,024 x 600 resolution, these HMIs offer vibrant visuals and responsive touch interactions. Powered by the Broadcom BCM2712 2.4 GHz quad-core 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A76 CPU and support for up to 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM, the devices ensure smooth multitasking and efficient data processing. Storage options include a 32 GB or 64 GB SD card. For connectivity, the HMIs offer a Gigabit Ethernet port, two USB 3.0, and two USB 2.0 ports, facilitating seamless integration with peripherals. The dual 4Kp60 HDMI display output enables high-resolution visualization.

The ED-HMI3010 and ED-HMI3020 feature a 5 V_DC power input via USB-C with a fanless design and an aluminum CNC + sheet metal case for excellent cooling performance and durability in harsh environments. An optional 8-megapixel front camera allows video recording and conferencing. The ED-HMI3020 offers expanded functionality with support for M.2 NVMe SSD storage, an RS-232, an RS-485, and a buzzer for flexible connectivity. The HMIs also include a stereo audio input and output with a 3.5 mm audio jack and built-in speaker. The ON/OFF power button, built-in RTC, support for SuperCAP and a CR1220 battery backup ensure convenience, accurate timekeeping, and data integrity during power disruptions.
