The F95 solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors from AVX are conformal coated chip capacitors that are compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. The frameless feature allows for a larger amount of capacitance in a smaller package to save board space. AVX F95 series solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors are available with capacitance rated from 1 µF to 470 µF in 4 V, 6.3 V, 10 V, 16 V, 20 V, 25 V, and 35 V. These capacitors offer ESR (@ 100 kHz) from 0.4 Ω to 15.0 Ω. Applications for AVX F95 solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors include smartphones, wireless modules, tablet PCs, and e-books.
