Image of ATC's 600s American Technical Ceramics' 600S series is an ultra-low ESR, high Q, NPO RF and microwave capacitor. Ultra-low ESR and a high working voltage at 250 V, the 600S series is ideal for cellular base stations, wireless communications, broadband wireless services, and satellite communications. The 600S series is EIA case size 0603 and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
