SERIES OVERVIEW
Conductive epoxy application CGA series, automotive grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitor, is a product for conductive glue mounting,
not for solder mounting. The risk of silver migration is reduced due to AgPdCu termination. The maximum operating temperature is 150°C and the
capacitance range is up to 10µF.
FEATURES
The risk of silver migration is reduced due to AgPdCu termination.
The maximum operating temperature is 150°C (X8R).
C0G temperature characteristic which has excellent stable tempera-
ture and DC-bias characteristics is available.
AEC-Q200 compliant.
APPLICATIONS
For only conductive glue mounting, not for solder mounting.
ABS, transmission, engine sensors, etc.
