 | | TCMOV34S Series Thermal Varistor - The Littelfuse TCMOV 34S series consists of a 34 mm²-format varistor element (MOV) that offers high maximum surge capability (50 kA) together with an integrated thermally active element. The TCMOV 34S series varistor is designed specifically to protect high-energy circuits from the short circuit (SCCR) conditions and Abnormal Overvoltage Intermediate Current conditions as specified in UL1449 (3rd edition). The device integrates a micro-switch which is triggered by a mechanical structure that makes the indicator circuit isolated from the main power.

 | | SMOV Series Varistor Integrated Thermal Disconnect UL1449 (3rd Edition) - Littelfuse's SMOV consists of a 25 mm square or 34 mm square varistor with an integrated thermal disconnect, designed to open in the event of overheating due to abnormal overvoltage as outlined in UL1449 (3rd edition). The device possesses a separate micro-switch that can be used to indicate when the MOV is disconnected from the circuit.

 | | TMOV25S/34S Thermal Varistor - The Littelfuse TMOV® 25S and TMOV34S Varistor Series are specifically designed for applications that must meet the requirements of the Limited Current, Abnormal Overvoltage test in the UL1449 (3rd edition) Surge Protection Device (SPD) standard. The TMOV 25S and TMOV 34S Series meet the surge suppressor component recognition requirements of UL1449 for both cord-connected and permanently connected SPD end products in a single integrated package. A patented, thermally-responsive element within the body of the varistor will open the device in case of overheating, due to abnormal overvoltages.

 | | 216SP Series 5 x 20 mm Single Pigtail Fuse - The 216SP Series fuse from Littelfuse is a ceramic body, fast-acting single cap fuse. The 216SP series fuse comes in a wide operating range with current ratings from 1 A to 10 A. The breaking capability of the 216SP series is consistent with the existing 216 series, which is capable of interrupting 1500 A at 250 V AC.

SPICE Models
Using SPICE Models is the standard way to simulate circuit performance prior to the prototype stage as an additional step of testing to ensure that a circuit works properly before investing in prototype development. The models provided here were developed (or revised) using WinSpice, a port of Berkeley Spice3F4 to Win32, and should be compatible with most SPICE2 or SPICE3-based circuit simulators (such as PSPICE).

More about Littelfuse
Littelfuse - Since Edward V. Sundt founded Littelfuse in 1927, we've been driven by innovation. Sundt invented the first small, fast-acting protective fuse to prevent sensitive test meters from burning out. From that pioneering first step, our company has gone on to define the standards of the circuit protection industry. In the 1960s, we developed sub-miniature fuses for NASA, which were mission-critical components of the American space program. And in 1976, we introduced the groundbreaking Autofuse® Fast-Acting Fuse for General Motors. Within eight years, it was being designed into vehicles all over the world. We again revolutionized automotive fuse protection in 1986 with the debut of the space-saving MINI®. Its smaller design allowed for the additional protection of on-board electronic accessories. Recently, we introduced the world's smallest high surge current protection thyristor, the Teccor Q2L series "C-Rated" SIDACtor device. And we continue to set new benchmarks. As the world leader in circuit protection, Littelfuse possesses nine core technologies, as well as some of the industry's most respected brands - Teccor, Wickmann and Pudenz. In addition, we're doing business all over the world.
Littelfuse/Teccor brand thyristors - Teccor Electronics manufactures a broad line of medium and low power thyristors. The products comprise two separate groups: SIDACtor transient voltage suppression (TVS) devices and power switching devices (SCRs, triacs, diodes, Diacs, and SIDACs). Over two thousand variations are listed in the catalog of standard components, and parametric screening is available for special applications.
Littelfuse/Wickmann brand product - Wickmann is a leading manufacturer of circuit protection components for applications in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, telecommunications and data processing. Wickmann has been engineering circuit protection solutions to set quality and performance standards for 80 years. Advancing innovation in fusing technology to contribute to our customer's success has always been our objective. Wickmann developed the 5x20mm cartridge fuse as well as the popular radial-leaded TR5 and axial-leaded Picofuse.
